Many Russel bodies and Mott cells were also seen. Kappa and Lambda staining were diffusely positive indicating polyclonality and reactive nature of the lesion. Plasma cell granuloma is also called plasma cell type of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor. It may be a reaction to a certain stimuli or a predisposition to autoimmune disease.
