A 43-years-old male patient presented with a painful lesion in the left maxillary area which appeared clinically as necrotic bare bone with marked foul smell. The patient stated that, one month ago his upper left first molar was extracted, then he felt intense pain and mobility of the adjacent teeth. CBCT revealed ill-defined radiolucent lesion which extended from upper left central incisor to left tuberosity.
