Case Of The Month

A 43-years old male patient suffered from an intrabony swelling in the left maxilla with 3-years duration. Upon intraoral examination, bucco-palatal swelling was detected which was related to non-vital upper left first and second molars. Aspiration biopsy was positive when performed on the buccal side of the swelling, while it was negative on the palatal side. Radiographic examination revealed well-defined multilocular radiolucent lesion.
