Case Of The Month

A 22-years-old female presented with an intra-bony painless swelling related to the upper left premolar-molar area. The swelling had a duration of 3 months with no involvement of the regional lymph nodes. Pulp testing of the related teeth revealed non-vitality of the premolars. Panoramic x-ray revealed a well-defined radiolucency, while CBCT revealed an ill-defined osteolytic lesion which was protruding in the maxillary sinus.
